1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Biashara-Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Biashara-Pro is a cloud-based business management platform providing POS, inventory management, ERP, and related tools for businesses in Kenya and East Africa.

3. Subscription & Billing

• A 14-day free trial is provided. No credit card required for the trial.
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
• You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Misrepresent your business information

5. Data Ownership

You own all data you enter into Biashara-Pro (products, sales, customers, etc.). We act as a data processor, not the data owner. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Biashara-Pro is provided "as is." We are not liable for any business losses, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service beyond the subscription fee paid in the most recent billing period.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
